Terms
• Restricted Access : An active Accolad service plan or a minimum annual purchase volume of CAD 10,000 is required to order.
• No discount applicable.
• Processing time: Same day for credit card payments received before 4 p.m., or within 24 business hours of receiving an electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment.
• Email delivery to a single address.
• Accolad virtual gift cards are exclusively valid on accolad.com and cannot be used at other retailers.
• Once shipped, cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity, Accolad reserves the right to require an alternative payment method or to validate the customer's identity prior to any delivery.
• Accolad is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of gift cards.
