How do recipients use their card?
Recipients simply scan the QR code on the back of the card with their phone. The Accolad store opens automatically, where they can choose one or more gift cards and receive them instantly in their wallet.
Can he choose multiple gift cards with a single amount?
Yes. That's the whole point of the universal card: the balance can be split across several brands, over several transactions, at the cardholder's desired pace.
Is there an expiration date or fees?
No expiration date and no service fees for the recipient. The balance remains available until fully used.
How many brands are available?
250 brands in Canada and over 650 brands in the US.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $5,000, no exceptions. A 7.50% processing fee applies to the total order value.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is exclusively by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No other payment method is accepted.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping is free and your cards are delivered within 5 business days after payment is received.
