Workplace recognition doesn't have to be expensive or complicated to be powerful. It's often the small, everyday gestures that fuel motivation, strengthen a sense of belonging, and inspire engagement. And the research is clear on this point: 94% of employees who receive recognition weekly and 88% of those who receive it monthly feel valued by their employer, compared to only 37% of those who only receive it during their annual review.

Activities and events

Team activities are an opportunity to demonstrate appreciation in a festive and memorable way. They don't need to be complicated or elaborate to make a lasting impression:

  • Hold a recognition gala with symbolic prizes awarded to employees for their qualities (e.g.: team spirit, creativity, mutual assistance, etc.);
  • Suggest group outings such as a picnic or a friendly sports tournament;
