Here's how you can redeem your Tims® Card:

  1. Download the Tim Hortons mobile app.
  2. Register or log into your account.
  3. Tap "Scan to Pay", then tap "Transfer Balance from another Tims® Card".
  4. Enter the Tim Card # and PIN codes.

Don't have the app?

  1. Print this page or save a PDF.
  2. Bring it into any Tim Hortons restaurant and present at the time of payment.

Register your Tims® Gift Card on the Tim Hortons mobile app to use digitally, to protect against loss, theft and damage, and to review and reload your balance. Cannot be: (i) replaced if lost, stolen or damaged; (ii) redeemed for cash unless required by law, resold or transferred for value; (iii) used to make payment on a credit account; (iv) used to purchase another card; or (v) used for promotional purposes without approval. This card does not expire and no dormancy fees will be charged. Some restrictions apply. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.
