Terms

No usage fees. The gift card is valid only on the FAYS Terroir Chocolaté online store and at its boutique in Oka.

To check your gift card balance, call 514-622-9411. The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

The gift card cannot be reloaded and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

If FAYS Terroir Chocolaté is able to verify the balance and confirm that the card has not been used, it may be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
