Terms

No usage fees. The gift card is valid only at Ninja Factory locations in Quebec and on the website ninjafactory.ca.

Any unused balance remains on the gift card until fully used. The balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. To check your gift card balance, email info@ninjafactory.ca or visit a Ninja Factory location.

The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and is not reloadable.

In case of loss, theft, or damage, the gift card cannot be replaced. It should be treated like cash.
