Utilisation

Réservez votre croisière Royal Caribbean en ligne sur RoyalCaribbean.com. Un acompte est requis au moment de la réservation. Les certificats ne peuvent pas être utilisés directement en ligne.

Après avoir effectué votre réservation, envoyez une copie de ce certificat-cadeau par courriel à SharedservicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com. Une réponse automatisée confirmera la réception de votre courriel. Si vous ne recevez pas de réponse automatisée dans les 24 heures, essayez de renvoyer votre courriel avec un fichier de plus petite taille ou, si plusieurs certificats sont inclus, envoyez un courriel séparé pour chacun.

Vous recevrez une notification par courriel une fois que le(s) certificat(s) auront été appliqué(s) à votre réservation. Veuillez prévoir jusqu’à 10 jours ouvrables.

Conditions

Gift devices must be redeemed directly through Royal Caribbean International® for the U.S. dollar value shown on the face of the gift device. Certificates may be used only as a form of payment toward a new reservation made directly with Royal Caribbean International. After the gift certificate has been applied to a new reservation, the reservation may be transferred to a travel agency.

Certificate value may only be applied toward the cruise fare for Royal Caribbean International sailings quoted in USD and cannot be used to pay the required initial deposit. The initial deposit must be paid in USD (by cash or credit card) at the time of booking. Certificates may not be split between multiple reservations or partially redeemed.

There are no blackout dates and no restrictions regarding ship, itinerary, or stateroom category; however, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Certificates may not be applied to reservations within a group, charter, or casino program/promotions, and may not be used to obtain onboard credit or to settle shipboard charges. Multiple certificates may be applied toward the cruise fare of the same reservation. Remaining balances may be paid with cash or credit card.

Once the reservation has been made, Royal Caribbean’s standard policies regarding cancellation, changes, and deadlines for the payment of deposits and other payments shall apply. Certificates are transferable only as a gift, bear no expiration date, are nonrefundable, have no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or if the reservation is cancelled. Certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.

Passenger Ticket Contract: All passengers must sign and agree to the terms and conditions of Royal Caribbean International’s Cruise Ticket Contract (available online at www.royalcaribbean.com) as a condition of sailing. These terms are incorporated by reference.

Important Notice: The Cruise Ticket Contract contains important limitations on passengers’ rights. Any disputes between passengers and Royal Caribbean International must take place in Miami/Dade County, Florida, and must be filed within a specified period. By redeeming the certificate, the recipient/holder agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions.

Royal Caribbean International’s other policies and terms and conditions also apply, including minimum age requirements, restrictions on infant travel, and other applicable rules.
